2) Coordinating transportation to your residence
Trucking Company Duties
1) Scheduling a delivery appointment for your sauna
2) Dropping off your sauna at the curb or driveway entrance
a. The trucking company does not unload the sauna
b. Their truck will not reverse into your driveway
c. Delivery often involves an 18-wheel truck
i. Is your neighborhood accessible to large trucks?
3) If the sauna crate is under 92" (7 feet), the truck might have a lift gate to assist with unloading.
4) For crates over 92", no lift gate will be available, and you must plan for unloading.
