Receiving and Unloading Details

Penguin Chillers:
Customers are responsible for accepting and unloading their chillers. If you've ordered a larger unit, ensure you have the proper tools and support ready for a smooth delivery.

Dundalk LeisureCraft:
Your sauna will be delivered via truck to your curbside or driveway. Please be prepared to unload it, as the shipping service does not provide assistance. If your crate is under 92 inches, a lift gate will be used to lower it from the truck. For larger crates, you'll need to have your own equipment for unloading.

Cyanna Valley Spas:
We provide curbside delivery for all spas, and the delivery team will contact you to arrange a time. You'll be responsible for removing the spa from the truck, so have at least two helpers and the necessary equipment on hand.

Upon arrival, inspect the spa for any damage. If you notice any issues, document them on the Bill of Lading (BOL) before signing and contact us immediately.


General Shipping Information

Penguin Chillers:
Shipping fees for orders within the continental U.S. will be shown at checkout. For shipments to Alaska and Puerto Rico, please contact us for a quote. We do not offer international shipping directly, so international customers will need to arrange a freight forwarding service.

Dundalk LeisureCraft:
Your sauna will be securely packaged and shipped to your address. Curbside delivery requires you to unload the sauna, so make sure you're equipped for the task. Address changes made before shipping are free; however, changes made after shipment will incur a $250 fee. If you delay the scheduled delivery, storage fees may apply.

Cyanna Valley Spas:
We ship to locations across the continental U.S. For orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, please contact us for more information on shipping costs.

You'll receive tracking details once your order ships. Address changes are free before shipping, but after shipping, they will incur a $200 fee. We do not offer international shipping; use a freight forwarding service if needed.


Warranty Shipping Policies

Penguin Chillers:
For warranty claims, the customer covers all shipping costs. We can offer a discounted return shipping label, but you'll still be responsible for the charge. If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace the chiller and cover shipping back to you within the continental U.S.

Dundalk LeisureCraft:
You must cover all shipping costs for warranty returns. Make sure the product is securely packaged and insured to prevent damage during transit.

Cyanna Valley Spas:
Warranty returns are your responsibility. If your claim is approved, we'll cover the return shipping within the continental U.S. Ensure that the spa is properly packaged and insured for transit.


Additional Shipping Notes

Dundalk LeisureCraft:
Refusing delivery and requesting rerouting or selling assistance will incur a 15% restocking fee, and you will be responsible for related shipping costs.

Cyanna Valley Spas:
If you refuse delivery, a 10% restocking fee will apply, and you'll be responsible for all related shipping and handling fees.

Key Instructions for Receiving Large Shipments

When your order includes smaller products, we rely on UPS and FedEx for delivery. However, larger items, such as bulky goods, will be sent through freight shipping. Since this method varies from typical parcel deliveries, there are a few essential things you need to know to ensure a smooth drop-off:

For freight deliveries, items are typically placed on a pallet. The freight carrier will offload the pallet at your curb, and it will be your responsibility to transport the item to your preferred location, whether that's your garage, home, or backyard. Don't expect a scheduled delivery time in most cases. Some carriers may reach out with a specific delivery window, but often, you'll just receive a tracking number along with an estimated delivery day. Your shipping confirmation email will contain details on the delivery approach for your order. If your delivery service includes an appointment: You must be available to receive the shipment and sign for it when it arrives. Freight carriers typically use semi-trucks with liftgate services to assist in lowering your items to the curb. After delivery, you are responsible for moving the item from the curb to its final destination. We suggest having two or more people ready to help with the move.

The freight company will use the phone number you provided at checkout to confirm your delivery appointment, so please make sure your contact details are accurate when placing your order.
